We will anchor in the present moment and connect to the space and people around us. We will use our senses to feel the supplies, taste the bourbon, see the colors, smell the aroma of bourbon, hear the music, breathe with our brushstrokes

When we focus on the repetitive motions and the sensory details of painting and creativity we let go of perfectionism and enter a deeply relaxed flow state. 

The farm and the tree roots bring us back to how the idea for True Harvest was created.
